Stephen B. Phillips, as a recognized expert on dog training, is able to offer Certification through private evaluations of a K-9 Team based on Nationally accepted standards.  

  Certifications are available to both police and civilian dog/handler teams.  

  There are no hidden agendas here.  

  The dog/handler team is certified by what they can do, not who trained them or what their use is.  

  We offer fair and honest certifications for all dog/handlers teams, not just full time law enforcement.  

  If you are part time law enforcement, or a private company that supplies dogs as part of your business, we will treat you just how we treat our full time law enforcement clients -- with respect!!!
